Every Shadow Bear garment is individually printed especially for you once your order is placed.

Rather than mass producing clothing, we create each item to order. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every garment is produced with care and quality checked before it leaves us.

Production & Dispatch

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for your garment to be produced and dispatched.

UK Standard Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically 2–3 working days, depending on the postal service.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Busy Periods

During particularly busy periods, production may occasionally take a little longer than our usual 5–7 working days. If this happens, we’ll always keep you informed.
