Returns & Refunds

At Shadow Bear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with any tags still attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

As every Shadow Bear garment is individually printed after your order is placed, production takes approximately 5–7 working days before dispatch. This production time does not affect your right to return an eligible item under our returns policy.
